Hi y'all. I've had the privilege of living in Western North Carolina for 30 years now. Before that I lived in a small village in Germany near Frankfurt. As a teen I went on a couple of cycling trips in Europe. One in Holland and another along the Mosel River in Germany. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 27 years. I love: planting things in my flower garden, growing veggies, hiking in the woods with my dogs, watching the seasons change, cooking healthy stuff, knitting and spinning wool, traveling, and of course riding my bikes (you can have too many!)

i kinda Love stepping outside of comfort zones, just for a second. i love friends and passions and things that make you smile a glowy body smile. i love sweating. i Love bike rides, especially dirty ones that are slightly sketch and involve plenty of trees. i love truth and honesty. i very much love connecting. i love striving for bravery. i love love. i love smiles and sunshine and trying to grow. i love to learn. i love goodness, aspiring for faith in dreams, and believing in the power of manifestation. :D
